I agree, the original version of this song cannot be touched.Pretty Tony is one of my favorite legendary South Florida producers, & Trinere is probably my favorite South Florida vocalist. So, I constructed a track, entirely of samples taken from the song "All You Ever Need" by Trinere, added some keyboards, & then re-edited a shorter version.
This track was originally recorded during a freestyle session in Orlando, Fl. It was then edited and re-recorded with samples, added sounds, etc. and put together on an E.P. The song was added to other edited parts that were the end result of various different freestyle sessions w/ the vocal group "The Orpheus Pilots"...
A track that was originally recorded with two different vocalists. The new version was condensed, re-edited, re-structured, & formatted as a solo, vocalist track. Data Bank$ & Dr. Skarabus are from the Lake Worth area of West Palm Beach,FL.
A track from artist Shadow Neurology (R.I.P.), from West Palm Beach,FL which was re-edited, & restructured with effects & samples by Dr. Skarabus_the lost highway. The original track was longer, and had another vocalist on it. The track was shortened and the other artist's vocals were extracted, then the track was split into two different tracks. The other track was re-edited to feature the other artist, which will be released in the future. The Shadow Neurology (R.I.P.) project is a project that I find myself listening to alot, and decided to remix select tracks.
A remix of the title track, from the 3rd Bass classic album "Derelicts of Dialect". I wish I had more acapella's from 3rd Bass, but this will do for now. I agree, the original is definitely better, but I had some fun messing around w/ it...
The original track was a rough, unfinished, demo-style recording, that was in need of some work. I took the original and did some shaving, re-editing,and added some effects to bring a new interpretation & get experimental with the use of effects. The original was completed in 2010, & this re-edit was completed in 2012.
An instrumental constructed by Dr. Skarabus ( samples, loops, effects, editing, scratch, recording ), which was then, vocalized by Inconspicuous One, with lyrics written & conceived by Inconspicuous One, in Daytona Beach,FL back in 2004.
This is a stretched & chopped version of the original South Florida classic Miami Bass anthem. A personal favorite, I have always wanted to chop this track up. This is the first of many more remixes of Miami Bass tracks & of "B-Girl's", the song itself.
These are all tracks containing members of the group "The Orpheus Pilots". All members are vocalists & there 6 core members, but there are many other members, all of which have recorded tracks as a group, but all are individually inclined.
This is an acapella by J.KROAZ , that was taken from a song by Voider-One, then a beat was added to accent the rhyme flow. Dr. Skarabus constructed the beat, freaked the vocal sample, & added effects to create the final touches.
A song which I created back in 2007, then shortened, re-edited, and added some effects. When I went back and listened to it after not hearing it for five years, decided that it reminded me of times I spent with a specific female. A female that I met along my journey through life, which caught me between the spiritual and physical realm of existence. The meeting came at a transition in 2 people's lives.
This was a track recorded back in 2000 (on a 4-track recorder), on one of my excursions inland, from Daytona Beach to East Orlando. Most of the track is first take, raw recording, although some scratches were added. Then edited and re-recorded back in Daytona, from cassette to CD format, I then uploaded it in 2010, for archival purposes.
