Nuvole Bianche by Ludovico Einaudi
When a dear friend of mine (well ... kinda) sent me this song a while ago, I discovered that I hadn't been touched by music for a long time in the way I have been that day. As she asked me to play it for her, I promised her I would do so.
Now I've bought my new stage piano, I've finally been able to fulfill this promise.
The original piece was written and recorded by Ludovico Einaudi, so the music you'll be listening to is not mine whatsoever. Nevertheless I have tried to give it a personal touch anyhow, which might be sounding familiar to some of you by now. I do think you should know that I am only fifteen years old and that I am in no way a classically trained pianist whatsoever, as well as I've learned this song fully by ear. This means that I've only used my mind, ears and heart in the progress of discovering its sounds, and that not a single sheet of the written score of them was used. I am not saying this to brag, but to account for the small differences from the original piece, which I still think is unimprovable. That's why I'd also have to apologize for the small mistakes troughout my own recording of this song, but again they occure because I am a jazz musician and I have only litlle experience with other music, so therefore I am sorry.
Again all my covers are done by ear and so is this one, so please don't mind the mistakes if you should notice them.
The only thing I own from this music is the piano used to record it (a Yamaha CP 50 by the way). The song is in no way my own creation, neither do I claim it is — please don't sue me, I'm just a kid.
I hope you'll like it.
