Click on the link below for training on how someone can make a lot of money using Social Media! http://bit.ly/2D2WflG Hey in this video I want to talk about what are leadership qualities and some really nifty stuff I learned from Jocko. Jocko is a bad ass who leads navy seals. One of the things that I always wondered was how people adapt to civilian life after the military especially when you are killer. When you are a trained killer, how do you adapt? It's not easy right, especially if you are a navy seal. What Jocko did was complete genius. He took what was adaptable, leadership and many other skills he learned and he sells it to the marketplace. He writes books, has a business in consulting and does speeches. Mostly, it's about leadership and the book “Complete Ownership” says it all. Always blame yourself if you are the leader. According to him when a bad SEAL leader walked into a debrief and blamed everyone else, that attitude was picked the team members, who then followed suit. They all blamed everyone else, and team became ineffective and unable to properly execute a plan. Whether a team succeeds or fails is all up to the leader. The leader’s attitude sets the tone for the entire team. Another very important quality is that the leader needs to believe in the mission. In the book he tells a story about how he had to bring Iraq soldiers along during missions. For a SEAL to put his life in the hands of someone he doesn’t know—a person he has barely worked with, who is not well trained, undisciplined, speaks a different language, not trustworthy —is asking a hell of a lot. All the Seals didn't like it even Jocko who was the commander. He kept asking himself why would his leaders want this? What do you think? If the U.S. Military didn't maintain order in Iraq who would? Yea if they didn't train the Iraq people to do the job, the U.S. Would be there for generations and nobody wanted that. Plus they needed to take Iraq soldiers with them on every operation, otherwise their plans would not get approved. If Jocko didn't believe in it, there was no way he could convince his men to do it.
