2. Trebla - "Nuh Love" (Official Video)

Trebla -

This song has been licensed to VIMEO by DJ Central TV, Blue Pie Records and Planet Blue Pictures. Albert N. Millington Jr ‘alias’ Trebla is a young reggae dancehall artist who was born on April 16, 1993 in Basseterre, Saint Kitts, to Albert Millington Sr (Kittitian) and Lorna Millington (Nevisian). He has one older sister, Toshika Millington and two younger sisters, Toshiela and Toshiorna Millington and other brothers and sisters by his father. Trebla went to the Industrial Site Pre-school of Saint Kitts, and then the Dr. William Connor Primary School also in Saint Kitts where he was an A student. He then went to the Washington Archibald High School, where he formed a musical trio with two of his friends. Before forming this musical trio Trebla was already into music since about the age of 8. He had written his first finished song ‘Rhythm of My Heart’ for his high school crush at about the age of 12. Living in Saint Kitts all the days of his life, he developed a taste for dancehall and reggae music for these kinds of music was the music that was mainly played in his village, Middle Island. He began singing at most of his community functions and in school where his talent was first recognized by the members of his community and also his classmates. Trebla first publicly performed at the Basseterre High School grounds on 18th March, 2006 on a local show as a member of a past band known as ‘Uprising Youths’. He then started singing every weekend in his community with ‘Out and Bad Sounds’ which is owned by his good friend DJ Jambo. The musical trio he formed in 2008 was with Janeel Boon ‘alias’ J-Bo and Asa Wrensford ‘alias’ Iridan was called M.O.G Family (Money Over Gun Family) and later joining was Shakier Challenger ‘alias’ Vybz. M.O.G Family was not the first group though M.O.G Family was formed after the former group which Trebla and J-Bo formed called Ghetto Souljaz which was really the group that they was introduced into the music industry with. Fortunately when M.O.G Family was formed the group Ghetto Souljaz then became a production group where as J-Bo started making ads for businesses and Trebla & Iridan started recording music on Iridan’s old laptop for promotional use for both production and the musical group. Trebla was then working with Chavez Hazel ‘alias’ Chabo of Chabo Production who did most the recordings for Trebla and also composes many beats for Trebla and others. Trebla has worked and still works with other Record Labels such as Spit Fiyah Records (for tracks such as Wine and Brace, How Yuh Wine etc), Push Hitz Records (for tracks such as Nuh Love) and Yard Tune Production/Banks Records and many more. Trebla had his first single ‘Wine & Brace’ released on Itunes by Spit Fiyah Records January 2014 and is currently working on releasing more singles and eventually his first official album. Trebla already has many singles such as Why Are We Fighting, Independent Lady, Parents Love, Nuh Love, High and Proud, Wine and Brace etc. Trebla says he is inspired by such artist like Nipsey Hussle, Vybz Kartel, Jah Cure, Aidonia, Nas, I-Octane, I-Wayne, Bob Marley and his sons etc. He also states that he rate and love the music of his fellow homegrown artist such as Footsy, Vybz, Emotional, Hi-Light, C-Money, Dj Rinch, Nicha-B, Infamus, Ashkenaz and Masudsadiki etc. Trebla continues to strive in his musical quest for excellence and his aim is to make good music and one day achieve his own Record Label which he is currently working on. He holds an adequate amount of CXC subjects, certifications. He also attended his community college, Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) where he was mastering in Office Administration was seeking to obtain his CAPE subjects but unfortunately left after the first year to work to support him and his family needs. Trebla have a few words for other youths who dream of becoming a singer (or any other talented youth who want to become something else) and also the youths who dream of living a better life but are not seeing better days, “Don’t give up, jus keep striving for excellence and never limit oneself, remember the sky ain’t the limit and God is going to always be there for you, just keep your trust in him and always give him thanks and you are bound to reach far in life.” This is really good advice for both young talented people and youths who feels like giving up in life and can’t find the strength to keep pushing on. Be sure to look out for Trebla music and videos and other production.
