IKEA METOD KITCHENS (ONLINE)

We've recently directed this METOD Kitchens spot for IKEA. This is a really fun and challenging project. It took weeks of planning and rehearsals to get the group of talents to synchronise their movements to the beat to create a live human 'Boomerang from Instagram' performance. Our concept for Channel 8 aims to emphasize on the personal connection an audience has towards the channel. We believe that an audience’s life is reflected through the personalities, places and stories portrayed in Channel 8 drama serials. Think “You, me and us”. Our daily lives are depicted in the dramatic twists on television, hence the strong connection towards them. On top of the personal connection towards dramas, audiences enjoy the local current affairs update through the daily news. This highly educational and informative news program keeps Singaporeans up to date as to what has been happening locally. We believe that such programs on Channel 8 has brought, not only the reflection of local Singaporeans lives on television, but a strong connection towards a strong base of family-oriented values we dearly hold on to.

Malaysia Coca-Cola Collectors Fair 2015 #MYMASHUPCOKE

90 Designs, 51 Artists, 1 Video In conjunction with the Malaysia 5th Annual Coca-Cola Collectors Fair, we were once again given the opportunity to collaborate with MCCC to produce a promo video for the event that is happening on the 9th of May 2015. 2015 is the 100th anniversary of the Coca-Cola contour bottle, so we used the contour bottle as our theme for the promo video. We also wanted to show the vast Malaysian art field, and decided to have a ‘Call for Artists’ inviting any interested Malaysian artists to collaborate with us. Fortunately, the response that we got was more than what we’d expected, and in the end we had 51 artists joining us on this project. Each artists were given freedom on creating their artwork. The only rule: the contour bottle has to be distinguishable and placed at the center of the screen. And oh, no political & religious issues. Here is the final video that was made out of each and every one of the collaborator’s love for art. We couldn’t have done this without you, thank you! This is PURELY a NON-PROFIT VIDEO for the event.
